1. What is a mobile stretching session? A mobile stretching session is a one-on-one, personalized stretching experience where I come to your home (or other location) and guide you through a series of stretches tailored to your body’s needs.

2. Do I need to have any prior experience with stretching? No experience is necessary! I tailor the stretches to your current flexibility level, so whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you'll benefit from the session.

3. Do I need to provide anything for the session? No, I bring everything needed for the session including bench and props. All you need is a comfortable space with enough space for stretching.

4. What should I wear? Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic wear is ideal. Socks required.

5. How do I book a session? You can book a session directly through the Contact Form on this website. I will respond with days and times available.

6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule? I do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, I’ll be happy to help you reschedule your session at a later date, depending on availability.

7. What should I expect after the session? You may feel relaxed and energized after the session. Some clients experience mild soreness in the first 24 hours as their muscles adjust, but this is completely normal. I’ll provide you with some tips on how to maintain flexibility and reduce soreness post-session.
